Let's face it... 2020-2023 weren't the easiest of years.

In the aftermath of all that happened, everyone is having their own individual and unique challenges. We are dealing with a global recession and many families are having a hard time even putting food on the table. The pandemic changed our way of life and most people are having a hard time knowing what they can depend on or trusting that they are safe, stable and secure. At the same time we have been undergoing tremendous growth and change as a species.

It's been A LOT.

Personally, I've been through a whole life METAMORPHOSIS over the last year. I have radically shifted just about everything in my life, from what I am drinking and eating, to who I am surrounding myself with to the offers I am promoting in my business, to the affiliate and network marketing opportunities I am aligning with.

2023 pushed me to CHANGE.

I decided I was sick and tired of being SICK AND TIRED and that I wanted more for my life than what I was currently experiencing.

I wanted a life of fulfillment.

A life of EXCELLENCE.

I was tired of riding the train from stop to stop in Mediocrville.

I was so scared I wouldn't keep my commitments to myself and let myself down like I had done so many times before.

BUT SOMETHING WAS DIFFERENT THIS TIME.

I showed up for myself and I figured out how to motivate myself to continue showing up for change.

It was radical, no excuses, no bullshit self-accountability.

And then I realized that I had to share what I had learned.

So I launched the first 70 Day Life Expansion Challenge in December of last year and 45 souls took a journey of massive growth and transformation with me.

The results exceeded my expectations.

So I've decided to DO IT AGAIN!

A few months back I partnered with an incredible company who's mission is to help people FEEL GOOD NOW.

Since then one thing has been occupying my awareness:

The numbers are staggering -

over 280 million people worldwide suffer from depression, and anxiety disorders affect a whopping 284 million.

These issues don't discriminate; they impact people from all walks of life, cultures, and backgrounds. The toll on our overall well-being is immense, leaving many feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and disconnected from their true potential.

As someone who's been through my own mental health struggles, I understand how debilitating and isolating it can feel.

That's why I'm so passionate about this 70-Day Life Expansion Challenge - it's an opportunity to break free from the chains of depression, anxiety, and limiting beliefs that hold us back.
